To mark a message as spam, select the message and click on the Spam icon from the Mail toolbar.
If a message is marked as spam and you think the message is incorrectly marked, mark the message as Not Spam by clicking on the Not Spam icon on the mail toolbar. All messages that are marked as spam are moved to a folder that the administrator designates as spam folder.
Alternatively, you can also mark the message as not a spam from the context menu. To do this:
Right-click on the message.
Select Mark from the context menu options.
Select As Not Spam.
The selected message is moved into the designated spam folder.
