Setting Instant Messaging Preferences
You can set your mail preferences in such a way that your messages that you receive would be automatically forwarded to specified email addresses.
To enable automatic forwarding for your messages, perform the following steps:
Select Forwarding from the Mail —> Local Account node from the left pane.
The Forwarding tab appears on the right pane.
Click the check box labelled Enable Automatic Forwarding.
Type the email address to which you want to forward your messages in the Forward to text area.
To forward your messages to multiple email addresses, you must separate them with a comma.
To keep a copy of the forwarded messages, click the check box labelled Keep a copy of the message.
Click Save Preferences.
The Options Updated pop up window appears indicating that your messages have been saved.
Click the OK button.
